The Next Big AI Solution

How often have potential deals slipped through the cracks because you were too busy juggling other tasks? I’m sure you know what I’m talking about… You’re in the middle of a crucial Zoom meeting with a client, and then — *ding* —a call comes through that you can’t immediately answer. Fast forward 20 minutes and the meeting ends. You check your phone, and it was a potential lead. Now the lead is gone, and so is the potential revenue since they went with someone else. Frustrating, right? ACTUAL STATISTIC: Entrepreneurs who respond to potential customer calls, texts, or emails within 3 minutes are 100x more likely to win their business. Yet, so many Entrepreneurs still lose valuable leads simply because they or their team can’t pick up the phone before it goes to voicemail. The result? Missed opportunities, decreased revenue, and increased stress. And here’s the challenge: You and I became business owners to help people, and make good money… not to play phone tag. So, what are we supp...

The world is full of people with ideas. Everyone has a plan, a dream. But how many take the steps necessary to turn those dreams into reality? If you're reading this, there's a 99.99% chance you're either a current business owner or an aspiring Entrepreneur who wants to: Create a positive impact Build a strong legacy Achieve financial freedom Each of these goals is commendable, but achieving them requires more than just having a vision; it demands action, dedication, and the willingness to do the hard work that many shy away from. The Tenach says it best: "In all toil there is profit, but mere talk tends only to poverty" —Proverbs 14:23 Think about it…Have you ever watched ABC’s ‘Shark Tank’? 👇 It's a TV show where Entrepreneurs pitch their business ideas to a panel of investors, hoping to secure funding. After years of watching, I noticed that there are usually two different types of people who come on the show. First, it’s the Entrepreneur who walks in wi...

That’s where marketing funnels come in! They offer a clear, distraction-free path, guiding your visitors to take action seamlessly. Remember, simplicity is key. As business owners and Entrepreneurs, we are constantly navigating through obstacles and setbacks. Whether it’s looking for unique ways to set ourselves apart from the competition, finding and retaining new team members, or keeping up with the daily grind… These happen to be the challenges we can see and know we must conquer. But what about the obstacles we can't see? The hidden issues that could be quietly derailing our progress—Those are the ones we often don't even know exist. It's a classic case of "You don't know what you don't know," and it can be just as important, (if not more so), than the hurdles we're already tackling. Take, for instance, the story of Balaam’s Donkey… 👇 In Numbers 22-24, we read about the sorcerer and prophet Balaam, on his way to curse the Israelites as requested by the Moabite King Balak. However, an obstacle appears that only his donkey can see: An angel of the Lord standing in the road with a drawn sword. Each ti...

Attracting More Clients, Revenue, & Success

Ever noticed how positive people tend to attract good fortune, opportunities, and similarly upbeat individuals into their lives… While negative people seem to constantly encounter setbacks, challenges, and pessimism? It’s almost like we’re walking magnets. 🧲 What we focus on, the energy we exude— Positive or negative —Acts as a beacon, attracting similar energies and outcomes into our lives. If you're charged with positivity, you draw in positive experiences and opportunities (and vice versa). This concept isn't new. In fact, it's deeply rooted in history and wisdom. You’ll see what I mean in the following biblical story of Caleb and Joshua. 👇 Moses sent twelve spies to scout the land of Canaan (now known as Israel), which G-d had promised to the Israelites. Upon their return, ten of the spies reported that the land, while fertile, was inhabited by giants and would be “impossible” to conquer. This caused the Israelite community to panic and lose faith in G-d's ...

The Enemy of Done

We’re often called the big picture thinkers…  the innovators…  the ideators … the visionaries… One of the big things that quickly deflate our excitement after we bring new ideas to our teams to implement is the speed at which they are implemented. I’ll admit it… I was completely unrealistic in my expectations as far as the  time and energy  it took to get projects from concept to completion.  It was only until my project manager got on a video call with me and showed me exactly all the steps and moving parts involved in getting just one of these projects tasked, implemented, tested and then launched.   BTW: Highly suggest you do this at some point with your project manager. Not only is it a huge eye-opening experience… You’ll gain a clearer understanding of what it  really  takes to get a project off the ground.  Knowing this information will give you a better insight when it comes to establishing project priority levels with your team.  You’ll walk away with a deeper appreciation for ...
